Revenue Controller - 15 month FTC (possibility to convert to permanent)

Our client, a leading international legal firm, is seeking a Revenue Controller to join their high-performing Finance team in Dubai.

This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with partners and international offices to manage billing, collections, and revenue performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with fee earners to review Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), driving timely billing and collections
• Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process in line with firm policies and regulatory requirements
• Monitor aged receivables and implement effective collection strategies
• Prepare billing and cash collection forecasts, alongside regular financial reporting
• Act as a key point of contact for billing and credit control matters across regional and international teams
• Ensure VAT and tax compliance across all billing activities
• Manage write-offs, adjustments, and maintain accurate financial records
• Supervise billing support teams and contribute to process improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in revenue control, billing, or collections
• Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar practice management systems
• Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior partners and clients
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
