This opportunity is working for an international award winning creative design firm.

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Architectural Revit Technician to produce accurate, high-quality architectural drawings and BIM models using Autodesk Revit. The successful candidate will support the design team by creating and managing digital models, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain accurate Revit models for all project stages (concept, design development, construction documentation).
• Produce architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details from Revit models.
• Coordinate model elements with consultants, engineers, and contractors.

• Assist with the integration of architectural models into multidisciplinary BIM environments.
• Participate in clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
• Follow established BIM execution plans and company standards.

• Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications, building regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain and update Revit families, templates, and libraries.
• Support the team with troubleshooting Revit-related technical issues.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure design intent is met.
• Prepare and issue construction documentation packages.
• Assist with design revisions and project updates as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• High Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (minimum 78 years professional experience).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with other BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Enscape, SketchUp).
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards.
• Experience in high rise residential, villa residential, commercial, healthcare, etc.
• Degree in Architecture.
