Brief Introduction to the School:This is a leading private nursery in Dubai. Catering to over students from 1 month to 6 years old. The school follows the UK Early Years Framework and is known for its supportive and vibrant STEM learning environment.
Who They're Looking For: A dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and committed to supporting student achievement.
Compensation & Benefits- Salary Range: 9,000-14,000 AED depending on experience
- Bonuses/Incentives: End-of-service gratuity payable for contracts of 2+ years.

Key Responsibilities ...
Primary Duties:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and EYFS lessons
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement the UK National Curriculum effectively, ensuring appropriate differentiation and assessment strategies.
- Track student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials and teaching strategies.
Additional Duties:
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Contribute to the school's extracurricular activities program.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Studies or a related field. Relevant teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
- Experience Required: Experience with the UK Curriculum is highly desirable.
- Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and classroom management skills, adaptability, strong teamwork, and a passion for teaching in a diverse, international setting.
