About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented real estate professionals to support our business growth.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
• Promote the company brand to attract top real estate talent.

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using job portals and social media for recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets.
• Good knowledge of the UAE job market.

• Experience recruiting real estate agents, brokers, or property consultants.
• Knowledge of UAE labor practices and hiring procedures.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in the real estate sector.
