Description
We&aposre looking for an experienced Bilingual Executive Assistant to support our C-level clients. You will manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
This fast-paced role requires someone who can anticipate executive needs and provide exceptional support. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Here are some tasks that demonstrate the diverse range of responsibilities a Magic Executive Assistant can handle, including administrative, research, customer support, and sales-related tasks.
Communication: Manages emails, responds to inquiries, and provides customer support via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.
Administrative & Operational Support: Schedules appointments, manages calendars, organizes files, and handles tasks like travel arrangements, online shopping, and expense tracking.
Sales & Marketing Assistance: Supports lead generation, sales prospecting, and market research. This includes updating CRM systems, creating sales materials, and assisting with cold calls to clients in both languages.
Content & Data Management: Creates and updates spreadsheets, presentations, and documents. The assistant is also responsible for social media management, data entry, and competitor analysis.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience: At least 1 year as an Executive Assistant for international C-level clients.Language Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written English and Spanish.
Professionalism: Capable of projecting a professional tone during over-the-phone interviews and building strong rapport.
Commitment: Full-time availability with a clear commitment to US work hours.
Technology: A reliable laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection (at least 15Mbps), and a quality headset.
