Employment: Full Time
In this role, you'll support the evaluation and execution of international, debt-based transactions, working closely with senior team members on financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.

An Abu Dhabi-based investment fund.
Description- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build transaction models
- Support due diligence processes and deal execution
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio performance and market trends

Requirements:
- UAE National with 2-4 years of experience
- Background in Mergers & Acquisitions or Private Equity
- Strong command of financial modeling, including experience with LBO structures
