Our team operates from a centrally located, state-of-the-art luxury office on Sheikh Zayed Road, with our Secondary Sales division based in the prestigious Palm Jumeirah.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to buyer leads, identify client needs, and present optimal investment opportunities focused on ROI and long-term value
  • Deliver personalized, consultative service to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on all off-plan project details, including pricing, payment plans, and key selling points
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to deliver expert guidance to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the best outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Liaise with developers, legal teams, and clients to ensure smooth and successful transactions
  • Manage documentation and administrative processes to support efficient property sales
