Job Description

#Hiring for experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive success.

We are looking for :

Experience: 7 -10 Years of Experience in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Sales, with at least 3 years of experience in handling a team of sales agents.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Strong track record of sales success and leadership in a real estate setting.

In-depth knowledge of off-plan properties, market trends, and the Abu Dhabi real estate landscape.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive market share.

Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.

Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Mentor and motivate team members to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to optimize team performance.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and address client needs and concerns, providing customized solutions and high-quality service.

Sales Operations and Reporting

Manage and oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to present to senior management.

Analyze sales metrics to optimize strategies and improve performance.

Market Expansion and New Opportunities

Explore and capitalize on new market segments and geographic areas for business growth.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns and materials.

Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
