Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of a growing financial services client in Dubai, supporting a UK-based campaign. We are looking for confident and results-driven Sales Executives who are comfortable engaging with UK customers and delivering a high-quality sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and guide them through the service process
- Build strong rapport with customers and clearly communicate service offerings
- Handle objections confidently and convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Native-level English fluency with a clear British/UK accent
- Prior telesales or call centre experience, preferably handling UK campaigns
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
- Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
