Job Description
  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • Efficiently handle tenant liaison related to overdue contracts & amounts recommending payment rescheduling plans to EPICO management.Follow-up and collect overdue rental payments to maximize EPICO revenue.
  • Key Accountabilities:
  • Tenancy Contract Renewals:
  • Manage and coordinate tenancy contract renewal activities, including issuance of renewal notices, negotiation of renewal terms, and preparation of payment schedules.
  • Ensure timely completion of renewals to avoid service interruptions and maximize occupancy.
  • Receivables & Collections:
  • Follow up with tenants/clients to collect overdue rental payments, reducing outstanding receivables and minimizing bad debt.
  • Monitor bounced cheques and liaise with Finance/Legal for recovery actions.
  • Provide regular updates to the line manager on collection progress.
  • Routine Administration:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate debtor reports, ensuring timely submission of collection updates to the line manager.
  • Draft and process refund memos with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Prepare and submit the General Managers Weekly Summary Report every Monday, covering new leases, renewals, bounced cheques, and legal collection updates.
  • System Administration:
  • Oversee daily system administration tasks in AFGTuli.
  • Update records related to contract renewals, payment schedules, and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Customer Relationship:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to enhance satisfaction, limit complaints, and improve retention.
  • Handle daily internal and external inquiries (emails, calls, walk-ins) related to renewals and collections, escalating cases when required.
  • Staff Accommodation Contract Renewals:
  • Track and manage renewal schedules for AFG staff accommodation contracts at month-end.
  • Coordinate with HR for approvals, EPICO Supervisor for operational matters, and Finance for collections.
  • Job Specific Information:
  • EPICOs property portfolio consists of diverse assets, including residential and commercial buildings, offices, villas, apartments, industrial units, retail units, commercial areas, industrial facilities, and land plots. The role requires daily interaction with tenants, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth lease operations and timely collections.
  • Experience:
  • 3 years of minimum experience in property leasing; out of which 1 year should be in tenant liaison & collection in the UAE market.
