Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator in the Sanitaryware and Tiles Division, located in Dubai. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, interpreting architectural drawings, and coordinating with suppliers and clients.Daily tasks include conducting quantity take-offs, managing pricing databases, creating detailed bid proposals, and monitoring procurement schedules. The Estimator will work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Qualifications- Experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and price analysis
- Proficiency in interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of sanitary ware, tiles, and building materials
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
