Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Supervisor located in Dubai. The Fleet Supervisor will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, ensure timely maintenance of vehicles, manage and monitor the performance of the fleet, and supervise the fleet team.Responsibilities also include coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations, maintaining fleet records, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications- Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
- Knowledge of Maintenance protocols and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
