Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Emirati Admin/HR Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and HR operations of our organization. This role is ideal for UAE Nationals looking to grow their career in Human Resources and Administration.The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters).
Maintain proper records and documentation for office administration.
Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and staff events.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
Support the onboarding process for new hires (documentation, induction scheduling, etc.).
Help coordinate employee training and development activities.
Track attendance, leaves, and assist in payroll input preparation.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and collecting required documents.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and UAE labor laws.
Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
02 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
