Your day to day
The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in the spa’s specific treatment offerings.
What we need from you- Guest Services: Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
- Treatment Preparation: Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and hygiene before and after each session.
- Guest Consultation: Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about spa products and educate guests on their benefits.
- Sales & Upselling: Recommend and promote retail products and other spa services to guests.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and products used.
- Sanitation Compliance: Follow all sanitation and cleaning procedures to meet hygiene standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all spa equipment is well maintained and report any malfunctions.
- Team Collaboration: Cooperate with other spa team members to create a seamless and relaxing guest experience.
- Learning & Development: Attend training sessions and stay updated on new trends and techniques in wellness and therapy.
