THE ROLE
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be producing performance creative for paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok — working closely with our Paid Ads Lead who will brief you with competitor research, hooks, pain points, and audience context.
This is not a brand design role. It’s a performance creative role. You’ll need to understand what makes an ad stop the scroll, how to lead with a hook visually, and why a UGC-style frame often outperforms a polished graphic. You’ll be doing both.
- Designing static ads, carousels, and story/reel formats for Meta campaigns
- Producing UGC-style and native-feeling creatives alongside more polished brand assets
- Working to structured creative briefs including hook angles, competitor references, and CTAs
- Refreshing ad creative on a regular cycle (approx. every 14 days for active e-commerce accounts)
- Adapting assets across different formats and placements (feed, stories, reels, TikTok)
- Occasionally supporting with organic social creative where needed
