Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Holidays Consultant based in Abu Dhabi. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and selling holiday packages. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to determine their preferences, needs, and budget.The role also involves researching destination options, making travel arrangements, and providing customers with advice on weather, attractions, and travel documentation. Maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction is paramount.
Qualifications- Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in travel planning and logistics, including destination research
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with travel booking software and IT competency
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
