Avanceon is a leading provider of industrial automation solutions, committed to delivering high-quality engineering services and innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced senior tube technician to join our dynamic team.

• Tube bending and assembling in WHCP: perform tube bending and assembling activities with precision and adherence to safety standards within the Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP) environment.
• Ensure the seamless integration of tubes and related components to meet project specifications.
• Tube bending and assembling in chemical injection skid: execute tube bending and assembling tasks for chemical injection skids, demonstrating expertise in working with various materials and specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize tube layouts for efficient skid performance.
• Fabrication related queries in sub-contractor facility: resolve fabrication-related queries at sub-contractor facilities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of fabrication activities.
• Test and commissioning activities: participate in test and commissioning activities at project sites, ensuring the functionality and integrity of tube systems.
• Collaborate with the commissioning team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
• Mechanical miscellaneous works: undertake various mechanical tasks as directed based on project needs and evolving situations.
• Demonstrate adaptability and versatility in handling different mechanical responsibilities.

• Proven experience as a tube technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of tube bending, assembling, and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with WHCP and chemical injection skid systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving fabrication-related issues.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in participating in test and commissioning activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant technical certifications or vocational training.
