Assistant Account Required for Jewellery Company with the following Responsibilities :-
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, payments, expense reports; post customer payments.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Record transactions, update general and sales ledgers, maintain financial files.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
- Reporting: Assist with preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
- Payroll Support: Help prepare and distribute employee paychecks.
- Administrative Support: File, mail, answer calls, and assist the accounting manager as needed.
