Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates to join our dynamic team at a high-end clothing store in Dubai Hills Mall. You will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building customer loyalty, and driving store sales.

• Greet and engage customers with a warm, professional attitude.
• Assist clients in selecting clothing and styling options to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, promotions, and stock levels.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions when needed.
• Support with stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management.

• Fashion Retail experience is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Energetic, presentable, and sales-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a passion for fashion and customer service.

Language Requirements (IMPORTANT):

• At least 1 candidate must be fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
• Other candidates: any language is acceptable, but strong sales experience is a must
