Job Title: Marketing Coordinator MEA/APACLocation: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: MEA Regional Marketing Manager & APAC Regional Marketing Manager
Contract Type: Internship (6 months)
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the implementation of marketing, PR, and retail initiatives for Parfums de Marly in the MEA/APAC regions. This role offers hands-on experience in luxury fragrance marketing and retail execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail & Trade Marketing (MEA/APAC)
- Assist in the coordination of retail animations, boutique events, podiums, and in-store visibility
- Support the execution of planograms and VM updates, ensuring brand guidelines are respected
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for animation projects
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of retail activations (photos, KPIs, ROI tracking)
- Coordinate stock movements and tester needs for each activation
- PR & Influencer Support (MEA)
- Help organize PR events and influencer store visits
- Assist in managing seeding logistics (product preparation, delivery tracking, documentation)
- Coordinate with the PR agency on coverage follow-ups and reports
- Digital & E-Retail (MEA/APAC)
- Monitor retailer websites and ensure product pages, visuals, and banners are up to date
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver digital assets and copy to partners
- Review local social media content and assist with campaign launches
- Administrative & Cross-Functional Support (MEA/APAC)
- Assist in the creation of marketing calendars, recaps, and post-event reports
- Coordinate with finance and logistics for PO follow-ups and cost tracking
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and training teams on upcoming initiatives
Desired Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Previous internship or 1-year experience in marketing or luxury/beauty industry is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in luxury, fragrance, and retail
