Nail Salon Reception

Job description / Role

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and respond to booking inquiries via Fresha.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.
• Handle customer check-ins and check outs , including POS transactions.
• Promote salon services and packages and ongoing promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth client flow and timing.
• Track daily cash/transaction reports and submit end-of-day summaries.
• Handle customer complains or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks.
• Inventory management and monitoring.
• Provide support to salon staff as needed, helping with coordination and communication to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality reception role preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Familiar with Fresha booking system.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, email).
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Salary: AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
