Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi is for a Procurement Assistant. The Procurement Assistant will manage purchase orders, assist with purchasing and procurement processes, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods.Responsibilities also include conducting supplier research, analyzing procurement needs, preparing purchasing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to meet organizational requirements.
Qualifications- Strong skills in managing Purchase Orders and the ability to oversee purchasing activities.
- Proven experience in Procurement and Purchasing processes.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate suppliers, costs, and quality effectively.
- Exceptional Communication abilities to liaise with vendors and internal teams seamlessly.
- Proficiency in relevant procurement and inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Experience in the marine or construction industry is a plus.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
