Our client, an international organisation with a dynamic and collaborative work environment, is seeking a driven and analytical Business Analyst to join their Dubai-based team. This role is central to supporting strategic initiatives, delivering insight through data, and helping shape the direction of the business as it continues to expand its global presence.
Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Finance, Procurement, Technical, HR and IT—you will act as a vital link in identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and ensuring the delivery of impactful business solutions.
This diverse position will involve contributing to business development efforts through research and analysis, supporting the budgeting process for new opportunities, and attending strategic meetings to provide insights and help prepare client-facing presentations.Your input will guide business strategy, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and the development of internal reporting tools and dashboards.
You’ll also assist in financial reporting tasks and play an active role in cross-functional projects, contributing to both operational efficiency and long-term planning. The ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and work collaboratively across multiple departments is essential.
Requirements:
This opportunity would suit someone early in their business analysis career—ideally with 3–4 years of experience—who is ready to develop within a complex, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally business intelligence platforms will be expected, alongside strong analytical capability and excellent interpersonal skills.
A background in the commercial sector with exposure to sales and business development is preferred, though not essential. Above all, our client values initiative, curiosity, and the ability to turn data into meaningful business outcomes.
Salary: AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
