Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled AC Technician to maintain and service air conditioning systems within our golf facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal climate control for clubhouse, equipment rooms, and other golf-related areas to provide a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems in golf facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of AC units and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to air conditioning equipment promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Maintain service records and report any equipment malfunctions or needs.
- Collaborate with the golf operations and maintenance team to schedule repairs without disrupting guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably in hospitality or golf-related environments.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to diagnose and repair AC equipment efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Relevant certification or diploma in HVAC or related field preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
