Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves meeting potential clients to provide property consultations, managing property sales transactions, and maintaining long-term client relationships.Responsibilities include prospecting and securing new clients, staying updated on market trends, preparing competitive market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams for training and support. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will also focus on tailoring solutions to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and a strong understanding of the industry
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, with the ability to identify client needs and close deals effectively
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and the ability to develop and follow sales strategies
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and Training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are an advantage
This is a 100% commission based role with no basic salary.
