This role is suited to someone who combines strong commercial awareness with deep platform expertise and a passion for data-led growth. You will play a key role in accelerating online revenue, improving acquisition efficiency, and driving measurable performance across paid digital channels.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will partner with internal stakeholders across digital, creative, content, and commercial teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies that support ambitious growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership- Manage and optimise paid media activity across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital acquisition channels
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, budgeting, and ongoing performance optimisation
- Ensure spend is allocated effectively across audiences, products, and regional markets
- Drive scalable customer growth while maintaining efficiency targets
- Monitor and improve core KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue contribution
- Support trading initiatives, promotional periods, and product launches through strategic paid media activity
- Review and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Produce regular reporting with clear recommendations and actionable insights
- Use performance findings to guide optimisation decisions and future planning
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging paid social assets
- Implement structured testing across audiences, creatives, formats, and messaging
- Continuously refine campaign approaches based on performance learnings
- Stay informed on platform updates, industry shifts, and emerging digital trends
- Explore new acquisition opportunities, channels, and technologies
- Contribute ideas that improve overall marketing effectiveness and efficiency
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns within eCommerce, retail, fashion, or consumer-focused businesses
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance marketing best practices
- Comfortable managing sizeable media budgets and performance targets
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven approach
- Advanced analytical skills with confidence in interpreting campaign and trading data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
