Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Coordinator to assist in the planning and execution of high-profile corporate events, conferences, and roundtables. This is an ideal role for fresh graduates or current students looking to explore the world of event planning and executive engagement.

• Support the coordination of logistics for events, from vendor communication to venue booking
• Assist with creating event checklists, timelines, and task trackers
• Help manage guest lists, send invites, and coordinate RSVPs
• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and on-ground coordination
• Work closely with internal teams for branded materials, name badges, and post-event follow-up
• Prepare feedback forms, event reports, and assist in vendor evaluation

• UAE National (Emirati passport holder)
• Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Events, PR, Business, Hospitality, or related fields
• Professional communication in Arabic and English
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and organizing tasks digitally
• A people person energetic, approachable, and proactive
