We are looking for a skilled Steel Structure Supervisor to support and oversee fabrication activities for Oil & Gas EPC projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring fabrication works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.

Your Role
As Steel Structure Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise day-to-day steel structure fabrication activities in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and project requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules, quality procedures, and company fabrication standards.
- Work closely with engineering, QA/QC, and welding teams to resolve fabrication and technical issues.
- Monitor fabrication progress and report deviations, delays, or quality concerns to senior supervision.
- Support inspections, fit-up, welding, and dimensional checks to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Maintain daily fabrication logs, work permits, and progress records.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in steel structure fabrication, preferably within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, or related Engineering discipline)
- Expertise: Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, welding procedures, and fabrication drawings. Hands-on experience supervising fabrication teams in workshop or yard environments. Good communication and coordination skills across multiple disciplines. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production schedules.
