A luxury dining concept from an established international hospitality group is launching its first high-end venue in the heart of Abu Dhabi. With over 40 locations across 7 countries and continued expansion on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic brand renowned for culinary innovation and exceptional guest experiences.
Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of this new flagship restaurant. You will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a service-driven culture, while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience- Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and efficiency
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage leads to maintain brand standards
- Monitor budgets, drive profitability, and manage supplier relations
- Lead guest engagement efforts and ensure a seamless experience throughout
- Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
- Build, mentor, and retain a passionate, high-performing team
- Promote an inclusive, engaging, and growth-focused work culture
- Design and deliver training with HR and Ops leadership
- Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and implement improvements
- Ensure strong alignment with the wider operations and leadership teams
Candidate Profile
Experience- 5+ years in senior management roles within high-end, fast-paced restaurants (Michelin or equivalent preferred)
- Proven leadership in fine dining with experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market is essential
- Inspirational leader with strong financial and operational acumen
- Skilled in service standards, team management, and guest relations
- Proficient in restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, reservations)
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach
