Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong organizational skills, and are passionate about optimizing logistics processes.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipments, track inventory levels, and provide updates to internal teams and clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Supervise the Warehouse Admin Team and it's daily/monthly tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics operations to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting for logistics and transportation expenditures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or any related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent coordination skills, with team and with external parties
- Great accuracy and absolutely detail oriented
- Experience in customer service and relations with third parties.
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
- Knowledge in ERP software (preferable SAP B1).
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent Office suite skills, especially Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Hlookup, Pivot tables, conditional functions, etc).
- Strong knowledge of Intercoms and international regulations.
- Knowledge on Dangerous Goods Regulations is an advantage.
