Job Description
Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Last Mile and Logistics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities across the UAE market.
This role requires a strong sales background, in-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, and experience within the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance & Growth
- Achieve and maintain company-prescribed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to strengthen market presence and brand positioning.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Convert prospects into long-term clients and ensure portfolio growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management
- Work towards achieving or exceeding Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
- Provide personalized service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure high levels of client retention and long-term partnerships.
- Prospecting & CRM Management
- Follow the company's established sales and prospecting processes.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed targets for logged prospects and pipeline development.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Market Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on logistics, last-mile delivery, and e-commerce industry trends.
- Maintain strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations and supply chain management.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Continuously improve selling techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Field-based role.
- Working hours may be adjusted based on business requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Last Mile, Logistics, E-commerce, Sales, or Supply Chain industries (mandatory).
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience within the GCC/UAE market is highly preferred.
- Established network within the UAE freight and logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain principles.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
