Job Description

We're hiring Senior/Recruitment Consultants to join Aventusas we continue to scale across the GCC. This role is suited to an experienced recruiter looking to step into a high-performing, commercial environment with real billing potential.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (360)
• Building and developing client relationships
• Delivering on retained, contingent, and contract mandates
• Contributing to the growth of a key desk or sector

• Proven billing track record
• Experience in UAE or international markets
• Strong business development capability
• Commercial mindset and ownership
