• Work in a hybrid UAE setup with a supportive, high-performing team.
• Receive hands-on coaching, shadow experienced AEs, and get a fast track into closing roles.
• Earn a competitive base salary (Up to AED 16,000) plus uncapped commissions for every qualified lead.
• Be part of a scaling SaaS business with a proven product and enterprise client base.

• Researching and identifying enterprise-level prospects across key sectors like logistics, education, and F&B.
• Reaching out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate meetings for senior sales reps.
• Collaborating closely with AEs to tailor outreach campaigns and qualify inbound leads.
• Attending early-stage discovery calls to learn the ropes and contribute value.
• Tracking pipeline progress and maintaining clean data in the CRM.

• 13 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a hunger to learn and progress fast.
• Comfortable reaching out to senior decision-makers and handling objections.
• Prior experience targeting companies with 300+ employees is a plus.
• Based in the UAE with strong English communication skills.
