Job Overview:
Here&aposs your chance to step into the role of Sales Account Manager Arabian Radio Network - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you&aposll take on key responsibilities that include:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of existing and new clients by identifying opportunities and proposing effective media solutions
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and pitches based on client briefs, market trends, and audience insights
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle including booking, creative coordination, execution, and post-campaign reporting
- Collaborate with programming, traffic, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscape shifts to stay ahead in the market
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, proposals, forecasts, and client feedback
- Represent ARN at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
- 57 years of experience in media sales, account management, or advertising, preferably within radio, digital, or broadcast environments
- Strong understanding of media planning and radio/digital advertising dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and presentation software
- Strong financial acumen and proposal writing skills
