Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic development and delivery of the science curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all key stages.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other department heads and school leadership to promote a cohesive educational experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
