Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and well-organized Office Manager to support our executive office operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the right hand to the Managing Director, ensuring that daily administrative, organizational, and operational tasks are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive office.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate executive meetings.
- Handle internal communication and screen visitors and calls by identifying their name and purpose.
- Ensure the executive office is consistently clean and well-organized.
- Prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 35 years proven experience in a similar Office Manager or Executive Assistant role.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Persian language proficiency is an added advantage.
