Role Description
This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, calls for a Legal Secretary to support the firm's operations. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, managing daily correspondence, performing clerical duties, and coordinating diary schedules and appointments.The Legal Secretary will also provide essential assistance to the legal team to ensure smooth and efficient function.
Qualifications- Proficient knowledge in Law and hands-on experience in Legal Document Preparation
- Competency in providing support as a Legal Assistant and understanding legal processes
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organizing files, managing records, and handling office tasks
- Experience with Diary Management, including scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
