Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Manager you will support the execution of accurate demand forecasts and supply plans that ensure optimal inventory levels across Kitopi warehouses. You will be responsible for data gathering, stock movement tracking, planning coordination, and system maintenance to help drive informed decision-making across the supply chain.This role is key to maintaining stock availability, minimizing waste, and supporting kitchen efficiency.
What You'll do:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for key categories to meet operational, quality, and cost objectives.
- Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and scorecards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to understand requirements and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, value improvement, and risk mitigation across the supply base.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor market trends, material costs, and supply risks to proactively adjust procurement strategies.
- Ensure ethical sourcing practices and maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, including supplier onboarding and evaluation.
- Manage procurement reporting and ensure visibility of key metrics such as spend analysis, savings achieved, and supplier performance.
- Support crisis management related to supplier disruptions, shortages, or emergencies.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
- 58 years of procurement experience, ideally in F&B, retail, hospitality, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and cost management.
- Experience with ERP and procurement software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Recruitment Process and Timeline
First, you apply, and our talent attraction team will review your profile. If your profile matches our requirements, you will receive a link to schedule a meeting with a recruiter at your convenience. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share more about yourself and for us to get to know you better.
If you are shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring managers. Depending on the role and its requirements, you may need to attend 2-3 interview rounds. These rounds could include a case study, role-play, trial assignment, or live coding session, which will be communicated to you in the initial conversation.
Upon successful completion of the interview rounds, your recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer. We aim to complete this process within 2-3 weeks.
