Senior Change & Communications Consultant Enterprise Transformation (UAE)
Job Description
We're currently supporting a leading transformation consultancy on several major programmes across the UAE and we're looking to speak with experienced Change & Communications professionals.
These are highly visible transformation environments, supporting large enterprise and digital change initiatives across sectors including:
✔️ ERP / Oracle / SAP
✔️ Salesforce & CRM transformation
✔️ Shared services & operating model change
✔️ Education & organisational transformation
✔️ Enterprise-wide business change
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability
- Executive-level communication skills
- Enterprise transformation experience
- Change impact, communications, adoption & engagement expertise
- Consulting or large programme environment exposure
- Gravitas and ability to operate autonomously with senior stakeholders
Location: UAE (Abu Dhabi focused)
