Senior Media Buyer

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Media Buyer with a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE, KSA, GCC, and European markets, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
• Instagram, Facebook (Meta Ads)
• TikTok Ads
• Snapchat Ads
• Google Ads (including Performance Max campaigns)
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to:
• Track lead conversion and campaign ROI
• Improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL)
• Test and scale new ad sets
• Refine or revamp underperforming campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the creative and design teams to develop compelling ad visuals and messaging tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Develop audience targeting strategies for different regions (UAE, KSA, GCC, Europe)
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements:

• Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in media buying across the above platforms
• Proven success running ad campaigns in UAE, KSA, GCC, and Europe
• Strong knowledge of Google Performance Max campaigns
• Experience with lead generation, tracking, and performance analysis
• Ability to work within a creative team and contribute ideas to improve ad effectiveness
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or clinics is a plus
• Must be based in Dubai and ready to join immediately
