Role Description
This is a contract role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for on-site cost control, preparing BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The role requires the ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications- Experience in cost control, cost management, and cost planning
- Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the construction industry in the UAE is desirable
- Familiar with POMI
- Must have knowledge about the building process especially Villas.
