Senior Product Designer - AI Fintech Products

Salary 33,000 - 38,000 AED p/month + bonus

Location Abu Dhabi (on-site, 1 day from home)

This role will be an IC position, leading the full cycle design process, to ship internal and external facing products (mobile, web, desktop, apps)

Building a brand new design system will be one of the first projects in this role.

Take the lead in translating product requirements into elegant wireframes, flows and visual designs that support usability and user engagement. You will play a central role in designing and maintaining components and design systems for consistent experience across AI applications, ensuring scalability across platforms and devices.

You will be deeply involved in user research, usability testing and iterative reviews, and will collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure design precision is maintained through to execution. Reporting into the Head of AI Products, you will hold strong communication and presentation skills to deliver designs and executive summaries to Senior Management.

• Minimum 6 years experience in UI/UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing work on data-driven or AI-powered applications
• Experience in Financial Services / Fintech / Banking - designing AI-powered products
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and accessibility standards
• Experience working in squads, acting as the lead for design
