About the Role
As our Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer, you will keep Parvaras financial flow unbroken. You will ensure vendors are paid, guest billing is seamless, and reconciliations are precise. This is not a clerical role. It is a trusted professional position where judgment, reliability, and ownership matter as much as accuracy.
Responsibilities- Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments with precision.
- Manage guest billing, collections, and accounts receivable with discretion.
- Track and resolve discrepancies quickly, ensuring no interruptions.
- Maintain complete, audit ready financial records.
- Support the Finance team during monthly closings and compliance filings.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in AP and AR, ideally in luxury hospitality.
- Knowledge of VAT invoicing and reconciliations.
- Trusted for reliability, accuracy, and integrity.
- Strong communication skills for vendor and client follow up.
