Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Specialist with expertise in automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and business continuity planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining intelligent IT solutions that improve operational efficiency, strengthen system resilience, and ensure uninterrupted business operations.

This role requires a strong technical background combined with strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and experience supporting critical business infrastructure in fast-paced environments.

• Design, develop, and implement IT automation workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Deploy and manage AI-driven tools and solutions to improve efficiency, monitoring, reporting, and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation across infrastructure, support, cybersecurity, and business operations.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing systems while ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.
• Develop scripts, bots, and automation frameworks using relevant programming and scripting languages.

• Maintain and support servers, networks, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security across all IT environments.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage backups, patching, upgrades, and disaster recovery systems.

• Develop, maintain, and regularly test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Ensure high availability of critical systems and minimize downtime during incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for operational resilience.
• Coordinate incident response and recovery procedures during outages or cybersecurity events.
• Maintain documentation related to continuity planning, recovery procedures, and system dependencies.

• Support cybersecurity initiatives including monitoring, access control, vulnerability management, and threat response.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve IT governance and operational resilience.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance and training to internal users and IT staff.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies and AI platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or enterprise IT support.
• Strong experience with automation tools, scripting, and workflow optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning tools, or intelligent automation platforms.
• Proven experience in business continuity planning and disaster recovery management.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity principles.
• Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and incident management processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL.
• Experience with RPA platforms and AI-based operational tools.
