Join our prestigious international law firm as a Receptionist and be the welcoming face for our clients and visitors. This pivotal role demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy front desk environment in a fast-paced legal setting.
Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, routing them appropriately and taking accurate messages.
- Coordinate and manage the firm's meeting and conference room schedules.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as handling mail, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with law firm staff to facilitate smooth office operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
Exceptional client-facing skills; professional and polished communication- Willing to roll up sleeves and assist with overflow admin, meeting room setup, tea/coffee preparation, couriers, and facilities
- First point of contact and ambassador for the firm, providing five-star service
- Front of house experience, including handling a busy switchboard, is essential
- Candidates from five-star hospitality with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong, stable work history required (no job-hopping)
- Previous international law firm or professional services experience is a plus
- Confident with accurate message taking and supporting the wider team with general reception/front of house duties
