Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to support the company's financial operations, vendor management, and tax-related activities. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in finance operations, external coordination, accounts payable, and compliance matters.

This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work closely with vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in Dubai and requires relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day finance operations, including vendor payments, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with external vendors, service providers, banks, and government-related entities.
  • Support tax filing processes, VAT preparation, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax agents during audits and financial reviews.
  • Prepare financial reports, payment schedules, and supporting documents for management review.
  • Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation in line with company policies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and process improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
  • Experience working with vendors, external parties, and tax-related matters.
  • Good understanding of VAT/tax regulations and financial compliance.
  • Familiar with external audit processes and financial documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Experience in multinational companies or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IFRS or international accounting standards.
  • Experience in UAE finance operations and VAT filing is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
