Senior Software Engineer at Jawaker
Our development team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Jawaker's systems.
Your Tasks- Maintain and update existing systems and codebases.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders.
- Review code developed by other engineers, providing feedback to ensure best practices are followed.
- Contribute to engineering-related documentation.
- Triage system issues and resolve them.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required.
- Proven expertise in building high-available, resilient, scalable services in distributed architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages.
- Experience building a service from the ground up, driving the design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
- Experience in a technical leadership role
