Responsibilities- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to understand property values and trends
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers
- Obtain and keep track of all relevant documentation for real estate transactions
- Assist in the staging of properties for showings and open houses
- Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the transaction process
- Take part in developer Kiosks
- Take part in International Road shows and sell to repeat company clients/ investors
- Work across secondary and Off plan markets
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Strong understanding of local and regional real estate markets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
