About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales - Off-Plan to spearhead our Abu Dhabi expansion. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Abu Dhabi off-plan real estate market and a proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.This is a senior leadership role that combines strategy, execution, and people leadership to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for off-plan projects to achieve revenue targets.
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team focused on off-plan property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key clients in Abu Dhabi.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and project launches to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent qualified lead flow and conversion.
- Conduct sales training, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
- Present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and local real estate regulations.
- Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in the off-plan segment, with strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market.
- Established developer and investor network across the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and scale sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24) for sales pipeline management.
- Attractive base salary plus high commission structure.
