Business Development Executive - Insurance

Employment: Full Time
The role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities within the insurance market and implementing innovative strategies to capture niche segments.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice to clients on selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs and financial objectives.
- Manage payment collection from clients in a timely manner to ensure financial transactions are executed smoothly.
- Create and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and sales management in UAE
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
